We visited the Roundtree Way store, finally decided on the right one for us and could not be happier
with the service we recieved instore and through to the delivery of our new mattress.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, this shop is the only one, and we visited many, that actually looks at your posture whilst laying on a mattress. They also helped by moving a mattress off of a sprung base onto a hard base so that you could feel the difference that would be encountered as we were replacing a mattress on that type of base. Well worth a visit.
Wonderful customer service with a good range of beds and mattresses to try at varying price points.
I bought a Paris day bed here last year and have been very happy with it. That is why I called in today to buy another bed and mattress from this company. I like the friendly and personal service.
