Was going to buy a bed from a catalog when the owner told me he could get the same style but much better craftsmanship, went with his approval and just a couple months later it has almost completely fallen apart

I Spoke to the owner prior to arrival to confirm that he had a medium soft mattress, which he told me that he had lots only to find that he didn't have any when I arrived after making a special trip to him! Very unprofessional.
