I hate leaving negative reviews as I get some for my company and they do not help business at all. But we bought a book case for around £1000 which is meant to be oak, some of the shelves are made of balsa type wood and none of the 15 shelves fitted all far too small, they said they would send all new oak shelves, but 3 new balsa wood ones turned up months later, and that was that part from somebody new taking over my case asked for more photos, it was just getting silly. I had to give up just to get on with life.54 grammes for an okay shelf ????

I placed a +£700 order nearly 8 week ago and have had no communication from the company untill i left a 1 star review on another site! UPDATE! there reply "Thank you for your review, I am sorry you have not heard from us - did you check your spam folder?" Well, that spectacular help! Yes, I checked the SPAM folder, and no, no email, the communication is still poor. My advice if you need an answer out of them leave an appropriate review. Anyway, I got my reply from CotswoldCo about my delivery. "At the moment, they can only offer a simple ground floor doorstep delivery. If you aren't self-isolating they can deliver to an entrance or hallway only on the ground floor." That is utterly pathetic! Using the pandemic as an excuse to not deliver items properly! We have has 100s of items delivered to our door during this pandemic and every single one managed to get the item/s to the front door no matter how large or small. Requested the order to be cancelled, I wonder how long that will take. ***UPDATE 2**** I got a reply on the 15th of Juyl saying the sideboard will bed delivered on 22nd JULY. " We can offer you a room of voice delivery from Wednesday 22nd. I would also like to send you some beer as an apology for the wait and inconvenience. Thanks, Dan Fretwell " Needless to say, that day has come and gone, after we prepared our house to get the furniture move into it, and made arranged meant for our pets to be away. I email the company asking confirmation but have had not replied, and not had any reply since the. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

The staff were very helpful and the floor signs and hand gel stations were clear and in abundance!
