Notcutts is always a pleasant place to be. The cafe is relaxed and has a great selection of food and snack, though the cafe is now closed during lockdown. There is an on-site kitchenware store, which holds a great line of products; an aquarium and a pet store. The garden centre itself has a wide array of indoor and outdoor plants and garden decorations. Right now, there's also a massive selection of Christmas decorations to choose from.
I love this garden centre, the shop is beautiful, lits of Christmas items to purchase and look at. They also offer a range of gifts for men, women and children as well as a very large garden and aquatic section. They also have a large pet food and supplies section too.
Visited Notcutts Norwich 1st September 2020. Despite Coronavirus advice they are still forcing customers to walk through the entire shop in order to pay for plant purchases. Not only that but it took 25 minutes queuing inside to pay while breathing recycled air and feeling trapped. Staff were not even prepared to consider keeping the sliding exit door open even though it was a warm day. Why can't Notcutts open tills for purchases outside the shop area and thus show a little more care for their customers and staff?
Lunch was good quality and very safe. Even better with our free meal as a Privilege Member. Pity they are NOT giving this benefit next year.
Lovely garden centre, take the kids here every Christmas to see the Christmas displays. The restaurants great to 👍
