£3 Parking charge to see this. Fine if you are going to do the whole Penmon point experience. Just for the well, no.

We loved the feeling at St Seiriol's Well. A 6th Century Saint who was buried on Puffin Island. St Seiriol lived as a Hermit in the small adjacent cell (I presume the stones in a small circle on the left of the well)! The Well attracted worshipers and was said to have healing qualities. The water is from a crystal clear spring emerging from a cliff behind the Church. There is a rather overgrown fish pond on the right as you walk up to the Well. The Augustinian Cannons from the Priory used it as a food source from the 13th Century onwards.

Ancient well next to Penmon priory well worth the walk up the path from the priory carpark to see.It did look very crystal clear water in the well and you can see how it must have been a place of worship in the past.its £3 to use the carpark but well worth it as you can also see the Dovecote ,Church and Priory from the same carpark and have access to the toll road that takes you to Penmon lighthouse and Cafe .

This is a beautiful little spot. Peaceful. Take a moment to contemplate.

Worth seeing but not worth going to see. OK, I'll be honest, it isn't the most inspiring feature of the area, but if you're visiting the Penmon site, it's not far to walk over to see it. When we visited we found it to be a peaceful spot in a shaded corner of the priory complex. Also take in the priory fishpond alongside the path to it.
