Cheap for a reason. In one year they have closed for two refreshings/redec. Both time no notice.

The Gym is by far the best low cost gym in Norwich. It’s clean, the air-con works, the changing rooms have air-con too, the staff are friendly, you always get a response to emails (from a real person), the equipment is well looked after and kept up-to-date. The classes are good, although it would be better if they were a a proper room but that’s my only issue. I’ve been a member since it opened and have been a member at several places in or around Norwich but The Gym is the best
