This place is amazing. The classes are brilliant and great for burning fat and building muscle. Kent and Danielle are so friendly and informative. They are great at what they do and if you struggle with something they can always adjust it for you which makes you feel welcome and cared about and not just another number. Best of all, I can still train when my son is off school as kids are welcome too. Cant recommend this place enough!
I can not recommend mspFitness highly enough. A great place with a great atmosphere. Such a varied array of classes and no two classes are the same. Kent and Danielle have such an upbeat and positive attitude to exercise and their members. You instantly feel welcome. Danielle and Kent listen to what each member want to achieve and help them get to that goal. They push you to be the best you can be. They are firm but fair! Highly recommend!!
Such a warm and friendly environment and an amazing team of trainers that really know how to push you.
