Had a good experience in this Corby store today. We went in with an idea in mind for a 'house' for a stray cat that we've fed and watered for years on our garden shed roof...a lady assistant Chloe was extremely helpful with advice and guidance on what would serve our stray cat. We left with both knowledge, and a 'house'!!! Chloe was very helpful and professional throughout. She deserves a ' mention in dispatches'... Well done...

We visited the store to get a couple of hamsters for our two children. Very excited journey and when we got there we were greeted by a store assistant called Nicole. Well, what an asset to the company. She was patient, polite, funny and extremely knowledgeable. My children left with two beautiful gerbils and all we need to care for them. Nicole even showed us how to become VIP in store and save some money on our purchases. She engaged with our children and taught them how to look after their new pets. We came away very happy with the service, the purchases we made and the peace of mind that we had been thoroughly looked after by this member of staff. She even said she would call in a couple of days to see how we had settled our new pets in. Absolutely recommend and I’m sure all staff there are just as good, but I’m inclined to say that if you need that little bit of extra help, then Nicole is who you ask for! Thank you.

The problem with this shop the items in the shop are as far as concerned are expensive.

Pets at home is welcoming clean and friendly. Took my grandog who had weepy eyes and was a little anxious. The staff were wonderful and the vet was great. He checked her all over and fussed her to keep her calm. Much easier and faster than the old style vets with a queue in a waiting room and animals annoying each other(well that's how it was many years ago lol) very happy with pets at home.

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, most of the time I find everything that I'm looking for and at a good price. Fish from here are always healthy from my experience and quite a bit cheaper than other stores. Unfortunately they usually have the have the same selection most of the time but from time to time something special comes in.
