I can't believe how warming the place is and how helped the staff are.
Went in to buy some goodies for the cats, I was greeted by two lovely lady, one of which was call Charlotte, who helped me pick out some toys, and got me into different type of cat litter.
I don't normally shop hear but will pop in more often, as it has the cats approval.
Have used this shop on many occasions. Never been ignored or treated so rudely as I was on my last visit. Sunday 30th August 2020. Called in for some supplies. The girl didn't crack a smile or even speak to me. She appeared to be working alone and sulked the whole time. Won't be coming back....I did go back and the staff were lovely and friendly. Happy not to see miss misery.
Nice staff but poor service. Orders are often wrong. They do correct them from their stock but not good organisation tbh. Shame really as stock is good
I use this shop to get my dogs food and treats and anything else I need. I find the staff very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They stock a lot of frozen dog food here.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming but they mess up collection orders alot. Prices are typical to any petstore but I like that I can wiegh my pets here and staff are happy to help. I'd say its nicer than petsathome.
