We took our dog Rory for his yearly vaccinations. The process used to support this is very good with a great service, certainly gives peace of mind I the current climate.
Worst vets ever guys, steer clear of this place. I changed practices because of these people and glad I did
I said my hamster had a swollen mouth and this vet emptied her pouch. So I payed 33 pounds for a useless procedure. My hamster still has that problem.
We brought our beloved cat Abby to your Corby Practice and unfortunately we could not bring her home. Your staff there could not have been more kind and thoughtful at a very sad time for us their efforts were much appreciated.Many thanks the Pratt family.
Our husky required dental cleaning and sedation. We were given an 'estimation of £321' with the vet ensuing us this would be the worst case scenario. If he did not require extractions and pain relief then the cost would not be any where near that. When I dropped him off one of the nurse then told me to sign to say the estimation would be up to £400. I queried this as the original estimate of £321 was the worst case scenario. She became flustered and then changed it to £321 which sent alarm bells ringing. We agreed to a blood test and picked him up later that day. They then charged us an extra £30 for the anesthetic even though his weight was the same as when we had the original estimation. I challenged this and they said the previous vet 'made a mistake. I asked them to honor the previous sedation fee of 154 instead of 182 but they categorically said No.We also find the receptionist rude, and despite appointment times, we are always left waiting around. Definitely changing vets after this experience. Avoid!
