Me and my Bulldogs love this place. Great kennels, my lot are always happy to go in. I used to worry about putting them in kennels but I know they're well looked after here. We're also regular users of the exercise paddocks that are for hire.
I’ve always liked using these kennels for the last few years it has great customer service, but I’m very disappointed with the new owners customer service apparently started this year ! Because of the pandemic they’ve changed there contract to no refunds on the deposit even tho it’s know ones fault ! We didn’t want a refund just transfer the deposit to next year but although the contract doesn’t say you can’t well you still can’t ! As a business owner myself I think the new owner handled this badly with an abrupt email say no refunds or transfers, it’s a difficult time for everyone and transfering our deposit would have resulted in our continued loyal business or even wording the email better. Also make sure you read the contract thoroughly because it’s stated if the dog/cat will be disposed of if not collected!

Paddocks fantastic for my dogs Love being able to run free without the worry of bumping into other dogs HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I use the paddocks for excercising my dog it's brilliant!
