I love this place! The community, the coaches and the variation of training is what makes it for me.
Really impressed with the facilities; quality of training and support; and the whole family feel to the place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming 😁. As a complete beginner I found the fundamentals training excellent - I learnt so much and it has made the classes so much easier to settle into - Thanks Hannah for all your help.
The coaching support is just great. It is like having your personnal coach. I always enjoy my training session. Fun place too, great team and members.
My sanctuary!!! The most welcoming gym I've ever been to!! Love this place
