I contacted Claire to ask some questions about purchasing a Winter White hamster and she kindly invited me there to have a look and handle the ones they had.
When I arrived, Jack was knowldgeable, helpful and very patient with my numerous questions. He set me up with all the essentials and I chose a furry friend. The hamsters were all clean and well cared for in glass fronted cases containing plenty of everything they need. I must add that I'm impressed with the total cost, which was much less than I was anticipating.
Great experience overall. I highly reccomend visiting this place for all your pet needs.
The customer service is wonderful! The staff were so kind and shared their knowledge with me! However, the conditions of the birds weren’t as great as I thought.. 4-5 birds were crammed into a tiny cage, no taller than an average clock! They had no enrichment or toys in their cages either! Just a dowel perch and food and water bowls!
I would recommend building a small-ish aviary for each breed of bird- or at least giving them a larger cage! I couldn’t bare to look at the cockatiels; they looked like they needed some love and care!

Lovely selection for cages, toys, perches and feed! Shame that none of the things they sell are used for their birds!
