Very professional and friendly. Have recently re registered after moving away from Kettering and now returned. I can honestly say i think this is the best medical practice i have ever been with. So pleased to be back!

I don’t actually want to even give one star. This place is disgusting and not fit to be open. Not interested in listening to you and receptionists think they are qualified to decide who you need to see for you condition. If you haven’t registered, go elsewhere. It is a shocking disgrace and a terrible advert for the NHS who I work for myself.

Appalling receptionist! Was at the hospital till 3am last night after a paramedic booked me in for headaches last few days. They done tests to rule out the worst (brain tumours and meningitis) and I was sent off to contact my doctors today to be treated for sinusitis or migraines. Obviously I am exhausted with a now 4 day headache so I called just after 9 and I did rest where I could as instructed by the hospitals doctor. I was so rudly told they won't do anything till 11:30 where I can book a call back, and "if" the doctors thinks it's "that bad" they will book me in to see them. I explained the hospital had reffered me, and they rudly said it again like speaking to a bratty child. Such a rude and condescending woman! You are answering the phone to sick and in pained people, it should absolutely be in the job title to have compassion and good people skills. How people like that get employed in such jobs is really beyond me! This surgery needs to re-evaluate their staff and someone higher up to the surgery needs to be reviewing these reviews. It's clear to me I am by far the first person to be spoken to so belittlingly. To be honest it's absolutely disgusting, your surgery shouldn't be somewhere you become worried about contacting incase you are greeted with a terrible attitude.

Reception staff are appalling, manager is even worse, haven't got a clue. Staff are rude, obnoxious and can't even answer simple questions. Place is laughable!!! Maybe some training would go a long way!

Do not want to help you with reoccurring health infections that they are aware of and hide behind red tape (when they feel like it). No consideration to families that are already under alot of pressure and advise to call 111 if it's a Friday afternoon. They not bothered about anything like potential Sepsis which has happened before, No wonder the NHS is in the state it is in...poor show!
