Had skin biopsy, was ok at time, but not enough info given to make informed decision regarding usefulness of procedure.
Appointments on time takes 15 mins
Pretty poor receptionist attitude, asked for directions to a department. Was told won't give me directions and need to go to main reception. Wait 10 mins to be told '2nd floor'. I would suggest receptionists need some customer service training.
The reception staff are probably the rudest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This seriously needs looking at. How can you allow your staff to speak to people the way they do?
Went for physio referral did not see a physiotherapist, had I presume an assessment to be told I did not have want many independent private therapist have told me I have, it is normal to have one leg shorter than the other, how she could assess my pelvis with jeans on god alone knows.
