It's Specsavers, avoid at all costs.

Staff were really lovely and were helpful, but when I got my glasses and wore them for the first time they were really strong and me and my relatives knew something was off. We had heard rumours online about them getting the results wrong, and when I tried them properly for what my prescription said it hurt my eyes wearing them. So I wouldn't recommend this place if you are unsure exactly of why you need an eye test. The only reason I had went there was because my doctor recommended it because I will was ill with a lot of headaches and when I went there the eye doctor said I needed glasses right when I mentioned my headaches. Not sure about this place wouldn't recommended.

I think the staff are over-stretched. The facilities are good and prices reasonable. I can't speak for the quality of the glasses I'm afraid, I didn't proceed with a purchase.

Popped into Specsavers today with two pairs of glasses needing repair. A lady called Carol (I think) looked after me. She was helpful, pleasant and managed to have both pairs repaired while I waited at very little cost. The whole experience today was hassle free. Would highly recommend this store

Amazing customer service went out of their way to help my daughter. Professional and thorough. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!
