VERY POOR SERVICE!! we were on our way to collect the carpet we had paid for and received a phone call telling us they did not have our carpet and they had sold it to someone else in error!! On arrival to the store your employee who was dealing with us did not even apologise to us, he was not apologetic at all and was rude in manor. We were offered no compensation for their error when asked if we could go up £1-2 per square metre as compensation for their error he was very rude to us and we were told we would be given no compensation at all! He even appeared surprised that we asked the question and remained rude and standoffish! We were absolutely gobsmacked by this poor service. He did not even seem to care when we said we had a carpet fitter booked that we had let down because of their error! If zero stars was an option I would have chose that! I have made a complaint via email and was told I would receive acknowledgement of the complaint within 3 days. It has now been 4 days and I haven't heard a thing! Do not use this company!

VERY POOR SERVICE AT THE KETTERING STORE. UPON GOING TO COLLECT OUR CARPET THEY TOLD US THEY HAD SOLD IT TWICE AND COULD OFFER NO REPLACEMENT AS HAD NO MORE IN STOCK. WE ASKED IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF BUMPIMG IT UP TO A SIMULAR STYLE THAT WAS £1 MORE A SQUARE METRE AND WE WERE CAFAWED AT AND DISMISSED BY THE STAFF. NO LEVELS OF COMPENSATION WERE OFFERED AND WE HAD TO ASK FOR A REFUND AND IN TURN LET OUR FITTER DOWN. I WOULD NOT RECOMDEND THIS STORE.

Rude member of staff dealt with us, awful attitude, then while we still had questions etc he wandered off, and walked around the store chatting on his mobile phone. Not sure how you do any business with staff with this type of attitude, definitely won't be bringing any business your way.
