I hate leaving bad feedback but having thought that they were great and so patient with me during the decision making when it came to fitting I was not impressed. This was a new build so nothing to pull up just carpet and Lino to lay. I was disappointed that you they left all their remnants for me to carry down the stairs and take to tip when they should have done this. And I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a carpet fitter to have a license to dispose. They didn’t hoover even though there was a dyson sat there and if they had of done would have seen the slice that they had taken out of the carpet. Very upset they had a bad attitude, completely defensive I spent 1000 and now have a long slice of carpet missing and every time I hoover it takes up a bit more of it. I think saying sorry when a customer complains is a big deal and because the response was rude I didn’t want them to come back to ‘investigate’ I had sent a photo of the damage and it should have been enough! I wanted to know options for repair or replacement. So a big expensive treat for my new home is nice but not perfect the hole is right in a door way so I can’t even put a rug over it but why would I want to do that on my brand new carpet! I am so supportive of small businesses but angry that my complaint was not taken seriously and I still have a hole in my carpet which gets worse everyday!

Not very happy with the way the property was left. Fitting appears to be a of an ok standard but was impossible to check on the day as the subcontracted fitters they use are not told to clean up after themselves. As a result, the carpets are left with bits of cuttings and waste on them. It seems that the shop have no pride or interest in a finished job. If any other trade did some work in your house you would expect them to clean up after themselves, the same should be for carpet fitters. The annoying thing was that the shop staff did not seem to grasp the idea that a customer (me) would reasonably expect to walk in and see nice clean carpets following the fitting. Price was good and fitting was completed very quickly, it's just a shame that they don't seem to care about the finished job.

Absolutely fantastic professional family ran company from the miniute you walk into the show room to the time carpet fitter leaves your home. Carpetwise puts the customer first nothing is too much trouble. The range of carpet is huge to fit any budget..would definitely recommend a visit Capetwise if your looking for carpet .
