I called in the other day for a small collar for my new puppy, saw a chap & showed him the one I had which was to big ....I asked " do you have a smaller one please " he went over to the stand & picked out one for me, I paid for that & also purchased a white polar bear for her, got back & looked on their website as my husband had said they were £3.50 ...turns out the Chap in the shop had sold me a dearer version with a chrome clasp...so basically I'd paid £5 more for a chrome clasp....having the choice would have been nice...anyway won't be using my local pet store again.

I have just purchased a Slush Combat Suit by Hurtta from field to home. The man who served me was so helpful and made sure I got the correct suit for my dog. First class service. First class product. What a lovely little shop. Will be going back for sure
