Notre Dame School is an outstanding school where I felt safe and happy. So many opportunities were provided to me and I got to make loads of good friends. Ignore the posts below - the school is strict but fair and if you follow the rules you don’t need to worry. You,re there to learn anyways.
This school was good. The head teacher was helpful in my last year at Notre Dame by giving me a maths paper a day to complete, this really helped me with my maths scene. Some staff were helpful especially during intervention. Some teachers were uncommitted at times other than that I left Notre Dame with some good memories.
I thought I was going to enjoy the school but I hated it! I remember the head teacher saying to a group of us that if we were her children she would've given us up. A headteacher for that matter. They don't know how to teach and if you say you don't understand something, its a problem because they will start shouting for no reason. They like to check in our bags as if we've left something for them. If they carry on like this many children will leave this school. We are not aloud to wear our own coats as other schools do. The school coats are not warm another and many parents have complained about that. I am very happy that I have left the school so that I don't have to go through that horrible experience. The teacher love accusing students so much!! I wish I never came to this school in the first place. My favourite teacher was Mr Earnshaw.
