Staff are always very friendly and helpful. A good mix of films during the pandemic. The pricing of IMAX tickets is really cheap in comparison to lots of other places. My personal favourite cinema in Norwich.
Great experience! Comfy seating, great picture and sound quality. The only reason I have marked down a star is because it took 20 minutes to get pop corn due to a low number of servers. Luckily for me i got there early.
We went the Wednesday night before Christmas and Tier 4, and everyone was really helpful, safe and friendly. The blonde guy who escorted us to our seats not forgetting to get us to validate our parking ticket (thanks I would have forgotten!) was a real touch of service. All this and cheap seats and meerkat 2 for 1 what's not to love! Would definitely drive the 40 minutes it takes to come again, when we can.
I've only been here twice and in both occasions found the staff very friendly. Though ticket prices are cheap, watch out for the drinks prices, four pounds for a small Coke. That said, I imagine they have to make their money somehow and pay the friendly and helpful staff. The seating is ok and all Covid safe, though on the last occasion a little cold because they had to avoid recycling warm air.
Went to watch Tenet on Bank Hol Sat. Staff doing excellent job under difficult circumstances. Really enjoyed the evening - this is a higher end cinema with top class sound and visuals and is generally of a very high quality all round with really nice staff as well
