Was very informative and the whole process from ordering the bed to delivery was smooth and stress free.
We were particularly impressed with the delivery white glove service who spent time with us and made sure that we fully understood the controls and how to operate the massage system.
We would recommend to all.
not very happy. I had the sales rep round and took over 1.15 to demonstate it in April - it is now July and guess what - no pillow
