It supposed to be Siena (ham and mushroom) instead of that I received pineapple and ham abomination, and yeah they got Colin McRae wannabe in there as a driver, pizza was smashed all over the box, the picture represents exactly what I have received this evening. Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. And they don't pick their phone before closing hours. I tried to ring them for 10 times. The only thing I heard was voice mail. Avoid unless you want some disappointment instead of good food.

Spaghetti Carbonara was great, and the cheese burger was one of the best I have ever tasted, wipes the floor with every other place around here. However I live just only 0.2 mi from the premises on Kingsfold drive, but my Fries arrived Cold and floppy, i threw em, in bin yuk!. The garlic bread was also not very hot, and they forgot to put Mozzarella on it!, however it still tasted nice, but was not worth the £5 i paid for it, I’ll buy one from supermarket next time and warm it up myself, Cheaper and tastes exactly the same.

Extremely disappointing! Cold, dried up & a long wait! After hearing good things about Puccini"s, I decided to place an order for delivery. We waited 1hr & 20 mins for it to be delivered, (I don't mind waiting if it's very tasty). The garlic bread with cheese was extremely dry, couldn't taste any garlic AND it was stone cold. The pineapple pizza was sprinkled with lots of herbs (which is new to me) - this was also stone cold, & hard to tear, not just because it hadn't been sliced properly. The amount of Curley fries that came in the little carton, looked like half had been eaten. Mixed into the Curley fries were little bits of black fries, that was probably left in the bottom of the frier. Regarding the delivery time - I can only assume that my order had gone on a 'ride along' whilst another customers order/s had been delivered - hence the long wait. The burger was ok, but again, you guessed it, it was cold. I would have rang and explained, but after the long wait, & with very hungry small children, I refrained. We didn't enjoy it, & we threw most of it away, forcing just enough down our throats to eliminate the hunger. First rule of 'takeaway club' - you don't send out cold food. Second rule - you don't send out cold food. I would like to think that this was maybe a 'one off', & doesn't happen often. Maybe I was just unlucky! But, I wont be ordering again in a hurry. Overall - a total waste of money, & a ghastly dining experience
