Broke there own contract and now refusing to refund the money. Stay clear of this store unless you want to be ripped off. One star given only because I can't give them O stars
If they answered the phone in a reasonable time it would be a good start.
When they do they seem to struggle with passing on the right information or inputting it correctly on their database.
Not impressed at all. They also seem like a bunch of know alls too. !!! .
Came back and repaired my issue free of charge..gentleman was really helpful..no more issues with flooring since..would use them again..
