I ordered a bed. Six or seven weeks later I cancelled as they still couldn't tell me when it would turn up. On ordering we were told it should be there in the first week of October. My wife and I ensured we had clear calendars so somebody would be free to receive the bed. Was told the couriers would contact us, they didn't. Next week I chased, they couldn't give me a date but I was given a number to call for the delivery company. It really isn't my responsibility to chase up their delivery company, so I only rang once, they didn't pick up. A week or so later, still heard nothing about when my bed would arrive. Told them they had one day to give me a date or I would cancel my order, they said they would chase but I heard nothing else so the next day we cancelled. To their credit, The Bed Station were often quick with email communication and gave a refund with no hassle. Hence why this is a 2 rather than 1 star review. I suspect they could be a half decent eCommerce if they worked with a remotely competent delivery service.

Ordered a bed late on a Friday night and had an email early Saturday morning explaining it had just gone out of stock and offering a refund or to wait/change. We decided to wait and although it took longer than we would of liked they were easy and transparent throughout. And the bed is great, thanks!

Woeful experience, website didn't work, emailed them, no reply. Avoid at all counts - cowboys! REPLY: I don’t expect to have to wait 48+ hours on a sales enquiry, I just took my business elsewhere.

Bed Station are great value as far as the two beds & mattresses we ordered are concerned but the company the Bed Station use for delivering our order are rubbish. We're now into our 3rd week since ordering & we've not heard a thing. We're disappointed that we have to keep chasing these guys to find out what's going on!! :-(
