Our experience shopping in Dreams Wellingborough was exceptional. The staff were extra pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Wish all shopping experiences were like this, where the assistants treat you like a valued customer and not a burden.

Mario was friendly, very helpful, answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted. I didn't buy a mattress, but definitely will be back to get one

I would give them no stars if I could. Their over priced and customer service is atrocious My mom spent 1450 on a tempur mattress because she suffers badly with her back. They said that was the best mattress for her. Waited 6 weeks for this mattress for a few months it was OK then the mattress now got sponge coming out of it. Its got dips. It's highly disgusting spending so much money on a mattress that has 10 year warranty on it and neither dream or tempur willing to take responsibility for the mattres However I will be taking it further on my moms behalf i want a full refund.. dreams is a con the mattresses they have in store in not the same as the one that's delivered to you. I will be ring trading standards also. This company is disgusting.
