Had more stock of what we needed than another local store.
This fairly large b and q. Has most of the same products on, but no trade point. Staff were helpful and wanted to help. Which is always nice in a place where you have to ask to find products unless you have your phone out and the app installed.
I went to the Wellingborough branch today looking around the plastering area when a tall guy about 7ft (didnt check his name ) Black Hair English gentleman helped me out . I work in sales myself but the customer service I got from this gentleman Is rarely seen . Walked with me helped all the way , even asked his colleague from the flooring department to help me . Very very helpful . I literally never met someone who’s help this much and make shopping such a good experience. They don’t ask for review but when you get service like this you have to mention it , because this kind of people deserve recognised, because not many of them out there .

So much better than Northampton B&Q during this unprecedented time. Safety measures are in place - 2m distanced queues, separate queues for store + click and collect, perspex shielding at the tills and most people wearing face masks or coverings.
