I first joined F.Fit almost 4 years ago because I wanted to improve my fitness!! Not only am I now a lot fitter than I was when I started, I've made some amazing friends along the way! My son has been kickboxing with Richard now for 3 year and he has so much more confidence in himself! X

Me and my daughter love kickboxing with the fighting fit academy and are grading through our belts and enjoying getting fit with the team, I used to always be a gym member but since joining in 2017 with Richard I would never change how I keep fit and lose weight, best decision that I made, lots of amazing members that make you feel great about yourself and this place is my release. The best fitness team around
