Such a great service and a very helpful and well knowledge. Helped me alot great for the general health checks to keep on top of things before they become issues but also very helpful while working threw problems. cant recommend enough regular visits for peace of mind.

I used Koi Valley in August 2019 when I had a problem with my pond. Kevin was prompt, attentive and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and suggested a plan to get things back to normal. I really appreciated the help & I'd definitely recommend Koi Valley to others.

August 2019 I had an issue with my Koi and the supplier i had used for many years wasnt around, so finding a new one was extremely difficult. I came across Koi Valley and they came out and assessed the koi to find a few some little issues which they then set a treatment plan in place. The service and help i received was exceptional and i would recommend them to any Koi keeper. Come spring time i will be getting them to do a pre season check so that i can start the year in a great place

Found Koi Valley on a Facebook page, kevin came to see me on 1/2/2020, lovely friendly guy, extremely knowledgable, did an array of water tests and scrapes and explained everything to me really well, nothing was to much trouble for him so I couldn’t recommend him enough, what a great service, thanks again Kev

Where do i start, im very very glad to have been fortunate enough to come across Koi Valley! I’m relatively new to keeping koi and thought I was getting on ok but needed some reassuring that I was doing the basics correctly so called Kevin and explained what I was concerned about. Kevin traveled a long way to come to my pond side and spent all day doing a full pond and fish health check and talked me through everything he was doing, we talked about everything I should be doing, he also showed me how to net and bowl the koi safely. Kevin has a massive wealth of knowledge, has helped me no end and has stayed in touch since..... it’s great to have someone that I regard as a good friend who I can call any time I have any worries or problems, I can’t thank Kevin enough 👍🏻
