My husband and I booked in here for our puppies vaccinations. We actually got sent to Northlands Veterinary Hospital, which we thought was not a problem, as all parts of the same group. Unfortunately the service we got there did not reflect the reviews we read about this place, and on reading the reviews for the one we were sent to, it seems others agree. I will leave a review on that one too, but I urge others to read reviews for the rest of the group before using. Ultimately, we have re-booked the second set of vaccinations with Thrapston vets and cancelled here. We would not recommend.

Use to take my cat here then all of a sudden they had IT Problems and refused to see the cat because they couldn't find it on there system

Shocked at the cost and the diagnosis, I noticed Monty was limping on his nearside front foot, he does fain injury sometimes but I thought it was real, I booked appointment for 4.30 pm, just before we left for the vets he was running around as though nothing was wrong, I still took him, 7 minutes the vet saw him for, £95.00 I was charged for some pills...........No doubt when he said come back after 7 days another £95.00 will be charged, 2 years ago we was charged about £56.00 with numerous visits covered by the first costs, obviously not anymore!!! I would be very wary of visiting these vets!!

They are very friendly and great for advice and great options for payments feels like a safe environment just like over a decade ago. Pets are in great hands with these lovely people.

Had rang a couple times to ask for cremation prices and to eventually deactivate my doggie's account when she passed - reception were so patient, caring, and informative. Being a receptionist in a vets myself, although the conversations were brief it was easy to see (or hear lol) that reception were well informed, professional, and lovely people all around :)
