Lions lead by Donkeys. How this place keeps going is anyone's guess, no organisation, really long hours with 6 am starts regardless of whether the lorry is loaded or not so you can be hanging about waiting for 2 and a half hours.You do multi drop but are expected to complete pick ups aswell, the office will start phoning you around 3 o`clock wanting to know where you are.
Awesome drivers and reliable flt drivers all ruined by office staff who even though are sitting opposite each other in the same office are clearly NOT communicating with each other
Every conversation you hear from the drivers are of them leaving and going to work elsewhere....
Additional- I was in the queue at my local Tesco when I realised that the young Lady who works in the office was in front, she recognised me and muttered under her breath that I was a "Fu*king Tw*t"
