Staff here are really friendly and at same time so professional and helpfull. Chap with the orange beard was brilliant and pumped out waste tank (after it was repaired recently)
and had me on my way asap. Nice work lads.
Really helpful staff and the toilets and showers are perfect. The only reason for the loss of a star is the location. It's fairly central which is an obvious bonus but is lower than paths that pass it by which makes the boats a little vulnerable on a night especially after a football match as supporters use the neighbouring path for their way home.
Nice location, nice city.
Shame it was spoilt by very rude and arrogant staff.
