After my father sadly passed away earlier in the year we decided to rent one of the smaller storage units to allow us to clear out the family house and give us time to sort through what we had removed to decide what we wanted to keep for their memories. It was effortless to set up the rental with the help of the reception staff who were helpful in deciding th size of unit we required. Visiting the unit to drop off or collect items was easy with your own access code. It would totally recommend and would have no hesitation in using this again in the future.

I recently used StorageMart in Norwich for a month to cover a gap between us selling our house and buying our new house. They made everything incredibly easy, from first contact through to our contract ending. Communication was quick and friendly with everything explained clearly at every step. Prices were very reasonable too. Would highly recommend, thanks to you for making our lives a bit easier during a stressful move.

I was very impressed with the service i received. They were helpful in explaining the possible size of unit i would need for the items I need to store. And they also helped me with recommending the size of boxes and thing's I would need concerning packaging. Over all I was very pleased with all the help I received from the members of staff. I was happy to rent a unit there. I would also be happy to recommend them. I thank you for all of your help. 👍😆

I have had a very productive day today. I have found a storage unit at storage mart along vulcan road. I was impressed with the service and help i received. They helped me with the decision to the size of unit i would need to store my item's in. And also helped me pick out box sizes and other items i needed for packing. And also gave me cards for men with van's as I don't drive. And they would help me pack item's if I need help. They gave me advice as to what order to store the boxes as well. In comparison with the other storage places I looked into. Storage mart was ideal for me as it's based near to where I live at the moment. Over all I was happy to rent a unit there. As to where i'm going to live yet it's a case of watch this space. It all goes on how quickly the bungalow is sold. I have family and friends that will not see me homeless. 😆👍

Excellent customer received from the moment I picked up the phone to them, to the moment we checked in to store our stuff. Really friendly and helpful service from the reception team. Competitively priced. Very clean store, easy to access units, with flexibility to change size if we'd misjudged the size of the unit (of course I hadn't!). Totally recommend.
