I dont know who loves this place more .. me or the kids! Great variety of trampolines and really good measures in place to keep everyone covid safe. Staff always seem genuinely happy to be there and help the bouncers. Really hope flip and feast returns in time for my little ones birthdays:)

We have an annual membership and decided to reactive it. We were a little nervous about going for the first time since COVID but needn't have been. Temperatures were taken on entry, directions given and hand sanitisers readily available. It was clear what was and was not open. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves as if it was pre covid and we felt relaxed sitting in the cafe. We happened to be there on Monday during 'eat out to help out' so had some lunch there, it was really good and very cheap, slushies included! I wish I'd taken the name of a member of flip out staff that helped me with a problem with my membership as he was so helpful, sorted the issue, gave us new cards and booked us in again for later in the week. He even came to find me in the cafe to make sure everything was sorted! A very good impression of Flipout and very professional. Thank you.

I have been to flip out on a number of occasions and it never disappoints.. however, today, it saddens me that I did not feel safe and that the staff were not engaging. Firstly, I was sat upstairs in the Chester flip out in the spectators area... surrounded by other people’s discarded coffee cups, juice cartons etc.. In the hour I was there, not 1 member of staff came up to clear the rubbish or sanitise any of the surfaces/chairs. Secondly, a staff member just stood and watched another child come and bounce on the same trampoline and said nothing.. to the point where my daughter had to say something to the other child.. this also is unacceptable considering we are to watch the safety videos and abide by the rules. Thirdly, there is no sanitisation of the equipment in between the different people entering the area which makes track and trace a little bit pointless. Taking our temperature on the way in and giving us a mask was good, but inside, I hardly saw anyone wearing a mask... no one there to enforce this. Feel very let down by the whole process and very unsafe. I won’t be coming back unless things change 😥
