ANSWER THE PHONE ROYAL MAIL!
Disgusting customer service - absolutely shocking
The temporary Traffic lights that have been outside for months make getting here annoyingly slow, adds 10-20 minutes to the journey.
Other than that, the actual office is efficient and helpful.
Limited parking inside yard for 1 Blue Badge holder only. Opening hours are different to website. Worth calling before making a visit.
they are ok from feb to late oct then every year they change the postman over and your mail gets put in other peoples doors and you dont get back some times not very good when its your bank statements ans hospital appointments they do it every year an all you get from them is sorry . sorry wudnt stop fraud
GOOD DELIVERY AND ASSISTANCE. BUT THEY HAVE TO UPDATE THEIR WORKING HOURS. THEY OPEN AND CLOSE 7AM - 9AM BUT ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS 7-6PM.
