Went this morning (Saturday 2nd ) my work glasses had broken on the arm price that goes over the ear , me thinking they would be able to unscrew the arm from the main body and replace with new arm , the woman I spoke to said straight out no we can’t fix them without even really looking so disappointed especially when I paid a lot of money for my glasses. She then turned round and walked away .now have no work glasses not good for a nhs worker .

Very courteous staff, a very thorough eye exam, including contact lenses left me feeling confident that my overall health, and in particular my eyes was OK. Don't take them for granted.
