Where did it all go wrong? I'm reviewing the company as a service provider, not for the products received, which were only supplied by CS Catering. 1. Don't list items as available on your website if they aren't in stock. 2. Send dispatch emails with tracking numbers to your customers 3. When a customer contacts you for the missing tracking number, don't just send a link to the courier website, include the tracking number also. 4. When the customer contacts you to inform you that the delivery was incomplete, offer some empathy and try to work with that customer to find a mutual resolution. 5. When you have already communicated with a customer by an email address, and the customer responds with further queries to that same email address, don't reply by phone call to say 'we didn't receive your email for some reason' 6. If a product isn't in stock anymore, and a customer request a refund, then process that refund within a reasonable time frame, don't make the customer wait for their money when it's your fault you can't supply the item. I had to contact Barclaycard for their help in this matter, thank goodness for chargeback! There are good catering supplier companies on the internet, Nisbets, GoForGreen, RestaurantSupplyCompany, who can meet your needs and offer a better quality of service, which is why i can't recommend CS Catering. The only reason i'm giving 2 stars is because one of the customer service representatives, Jaye, did seem like she was trying to help at one point, but everything else was poor.

Received goods not fit for purpose. Rude customer service told that neither she nor I are engineers! Maybe so, but had a qualified engineer look at it today whilst servicing all of our working appliances. He didn't fix but said it didn't have enough cooling agent in it. A non working fridge is just a white cupboard you don't need an engineer to tell you that. Was asked why I've just reported it when had for 2 weeks. So now I have to explain myself to customer service why and when I choose to use my non fridge applicance. She sends me an email which they demand my credit or debit details in case it is decided that it is chargeable I forward to their Supplier who sends me an engineer to tell me what I already now. Just save yourself the bother

Rude, Unprofessional and Lame service. Bought a griddle and after first use due to a fault with the positioning of the drip tray All the fat and oil was leaking down to the floor. Reported it, They asked for a video, sent it no response. Messaged them and received a horrible response and insult. Then reacted. Owner contacted and said They ll look into it. One week still nothing. In our busy times during pandemic They left us in the dark. Will be doing a charge back to get our money back under the not fit for purpose law

At Chantry Brewery we have purchased many items from this company and always been pleased with the price and service. We recently had a problem with one of our ice machines at Cutlers Arms and CS Catering dealt with very promptly and we ended up with a new machine. Sophie Taylor, a customer service co-ordinator from the company dealt with it and kept us informed every step of the way, she was superb! We will now be ordering all our future equipment needs from this company.
