Dreadful pressure sales experience. We tried the Sleep Match machine which recommended a firm mattress. Salesman then showed us a couple of medium / soft mattresses because he didn’t have the firm ones on display and tried to sell us the shop floor stock. Didn’t listen to us or even to his own machine. We ran.
First class service from Peter. My wife and I found the experience of buying a mattress much more comfortable and easy than expected thanks to Peter. The range of products is excellent, the prices are really good and the sleepmatch machine is an excellent invention. Highly recommend
Great service from entering store to order. Happy with price. Mattress not delivered yet, so can’t comment on comfort, but over 1,000 reviews of particular choice can’t all be wrong.
