Not used this yet. My review is based on Ben in the Chester branch. Went in to view some carpets and flooring options for an upcoming house purchase and he willingly talked us through options and offered his recommendations. Very good, friendly service. Will return when we are ready to book.

I'm just looking at the previous review from SI H...:) Si H is related to the fitting team working for the company...!! This same fitting team have been sacked for gross misconduct from 2 successful Independant retailers in Chester. Please, don’t try to enhance the company profile by asking your own fitters to post reviews on the company’s behalf, it’s Sad. More tragic, is asking for the same person to Post post bad reviews on your competitors websites.

5***** from instore right through to fitting. Social distancing & the aspects of having to wear ppe was adhered too from the staff instore and the fitting team who came to fit my carpets. Thanks again

5 stars. After receiving dreadful service from a small independent retailer in chester, i thought id give these a try, shaun & gerald where very accomodating in store & non pushy. The day of fitting & needless to say the 2 guys got on with the job in hand and where very polite and accomodating too. The end results in the bathroom, bedrooms, stairs & landing where fantastic. Very professional at its best from store to end finish
