Arrived to be bombared initially by salesman asking what we wanted (as we have recently moved house, we just wanted a browse for ideas) and another colleague was challenging another couple to ask if they booked an appointment.... really, for Oak Furniture Land???? We continued to browse but realised we were being followed by aforementioned salesman, as if we were shoplifters. The feeling was genuinely off-putting and despite having some positive ideas for a rarely substantial purchase, we felt we would buy elsewhere (which we did in the end). Will not return to this particular store

We were looking for bedroom units to match the ones we purchased years ago. The gentleman who greeted us was very smart and professional. Sat us at his desk. We had looked around the store with no pressure from him but couldn’t see the matching furniture. He brought our details up from all those years ago and there the were the very units we wanted still available. We ordered them and the whole process from beginning to end a pleasure. I had self caused damage to my 6 year old Oak Furnitureland dining table and Courtney from the Chester branch was extremely helpful and courteous. I appreciated the professionalism and support, thank you Courtney.
