Our bed was delayed way beyond any acceptable time frame. We tried to cancel it but the salesperson and the chester store stated that we would be compensated well for this delay and that he would put this on the file. When had to cope with a bed for a long period and when it eventually arrived bensons have now offered us 50 pound.. Its disgraceful and when we visited the store the sales person was very dismissive. Shameful company and would never use again.

Awful customer services 6 months no delivery no refund £2500! Still trying to get my money back don’t even answer emails!!!
