The store was busy but well organised. Good signage to enable a one way system around the store. Not everyone following it but wide aisles so able to keep a distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good experience

I always buy my dog food from jollyes...well I did up to today. They were out of stock of my brand so I asked could a bag be ordered to branch for me. I was told "go onto our web site and they MAY deliver to branch and they MIGHT deliver to home address. Sorry but might and maybe isn't good enough ..will they or won't. But not a problem there will be a bag waiting for me to collect from Pets at Home on Tues.
