Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable. Having the fish in a garden shed made it personal & I felt it was a lovely touch. Never too busy for aftercare questions & very understanding with a new fish keeper. Highly recommend.
Paul is always really helpful and knowledgeable, and gives honest advice on everything. All the fish are well cared for and healthy, and he can get you in anything he can source from his suppliers which is brilliant when you’re looking for something specific. The supplies are always great too, and low prices on everything. Cheaper than the main pet stores and much better quality from a knowledgeable seller. His new fish foods are brilliant too.
