Scobbys have the most amazing staff, friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can and if they haven't got what your looking for will do there utmost to get it.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star.. Absolutely shocking customer service. Staff member was rude and unhelpful. The other customer who left 4 stars must have gone to a different store. The lady with the long stringy hair (I use the term lady loosely) was unhelpful, rude and condescending. She talked over me and wouldn't accept that my product was faulty. I would AVOID THE STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE. A much better service to be had at the pet shop opposite Barclays Bank.
