Dr prabu is so rude.... I'm on long term sick disability issues.. Lumbar stenosis. Osteoarthritis in my hips and knees... I requested a sick note and he rang me... Told me I'm wasting government's money... I need biatric surgery as I only have back ache because I'm overweight... I have crumbling spine. Damaged spinal cord. Bulging discs and trapped nerves

Attitude after Attitude had enough of this Surgery informed Doctors of rude reception staff thier is two in particular the young girl who has just started is really Good shame she has to work with the other two so misserable slam phone down mess you about tell you to ring at 8.30 to talk to Doctor if you ring 1 min to early they are nasty say you have rang to early and when you ring at 8.30 engaged?then when you do get through ask for your mobile number so Doctor will ring you slam phone down again and Guess what no one rings peolple like this dont Deserve a job if thier that fed up with it Leave and do us all a Favour

DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGERY for one the VILE receptionist was RUDE and UNHELPFUL and really did not care and did not want to help or give me any advice about my grandad and the woman who spoke to my mum on the phone left her in tears and all I can really say is I would avoid it at all cost the place is appalling and they DONT care about you,family members who had been going to the surgery for 50 years+ and now I will do all I can to make sure no other people go to this hell hole of an establishment

Staff I spoke to are incredibly rude. I managed to get through to this health centre incorrectly and the receptionist was disgusting.
