Had a phone call with a doctor very promptly in regards to my son, he was very attentive, concerned and spoke to the surgical team at kings mill. Sent us to a&e, and he was fast tracked and had surgery within hours. This was down to the GP and his knowledge and we are very thankful for this.

They are generally helpful and well run, but everytime I try to order my prescriptions on line for delivery, the surgery cancels the order everytime, which leads to a mental health crisis. It's a lot of hassle to keep phoning them and explaining the situation. I sometimes can't fetch my prescription due to social anxiety, so would rather have it delivered, yet this is very difficult for the surgery to authorise for some reason.

Prefer to see the same doctor each time but if you dont mind as long as you phone up at 8am for an apt you can usually get in.

I've never had any problems getting appointments for either myself or my daughters. It's not often I see the same doctor but that is of no consequence to me. I will always try to see the nurse rather than a doctor if I know it is something that she can help me with and Carol has always been so lovely and attentive. Making an appointment has always been easy, getting one has never been a problem and the maximum time I have waited was 20 mins. The reception team have always been friendly too. I would always recommend this surgery.

Tried to book an appointment to have my ears syringed.Got to wait 5 weeks shocking!!
