What fantastic after-sales service! Its the quality of the after-sales service that sets retailers apart... and Specsavers, Mansfield, is a head and shoulders above the competition! I was very happy this summer with my new glasses and the way the staff allowed me to redeem my employers eyetest voucher AFTER the event. But it is the way they dealt with my hearing aid repair, that was lost in transit (through no fault of Specsavers), that has so stunned and humbled me. They have easily exceeded my expectations and to such an extent that I have absolutely NO reservations about recommending them. They have been OUTSTANDING!
Wife collected her glasses today she is absolutely thrilled with them her whole experience as been a good one from the eye test to choosing and collecting glasses the staff was very knowledgeable and all the girls was very helpful and friendly the store was covid friendly and all necessary precautions was in place thank you John & Janet
Extremely kind staff. Very professional. Appointments are well organised. Really good experience 👌
No respect for social distancing rules. My 80 year old mother was unable to pay by card as the system was down and the staff happily suggested she use their land-line to give her card details to the shop in the town centre! After all that, she discovered on arriving home that she had been given the wrong item anyway. She returned it only to be informed that they didn't have that item she needed in stock!
Lovely and very polite helpful staff one particilar staff member didn't know the answerr to my query and found out the information I needed and got straight back to me
