The response to this review says it all about this company! Trying to fob me off as a fake complaint is the oldest trick in the book and says a lot about how this company treat their customers.
Very poor communication!! Lack of response to 4 messages to then finally receive a rude message from Jonathan with a number of incorrect assumptions!! Very unprofessional and greedy business practice! Not what I'd expect from a small business!

Fantastic service. A reply within less than an hour and the furniture delivered within 2 days and expertly manoevered through some challenging tight doorways and staircases by the friendly and efficient people from Lots 2 like. Highly recommended. Also very reasonably priced, and they have good knowledge of the pieces. I would definitely use them again.
I bought a Mid Century Danish leather armchair. It was exactly as described and was delivered quickly and very well packaged. Really delighted with it. Highly recommend Lots2Like for their knowledge and personal excellent service.
