Super rude customer service. Missing delivery. No communication apart from a 53 second phone call 2 weeks ago to book delivery. I mean who says we cant provide an email nowadays ??? So surprised Costco even bother dealing with them. Have wasted a days work waiting in for these clowns. Rubbish rubbish rubbish. Do not use

Company have no concept of time and not even sympathetic to giving clients lead times which are a joke, pick up the phone when they can be bothered

This company including Mark Webster himself is an extremely big dishonest crook. We were sold faulty sofas that caused injury to my grandfather. They agreed to pick them up by the 13th feb, and no one showed up. They are messing around and not giving any exact date for collection. The sofas are massive and a fire hazard in my property as they are taking up the whole space of the living room (we have purchased new sofas which is why there is no room for the faulty sofas), which my disabled grandfather is located. This will be taken further as my grandfather is not able to move around the property freely and we are too scared to leave him home alone. This is causing interference with our daily life and pleasure of our home. I will be sharing on my Twitter, instagram and all social media this horrible experience if this matter isn’t resolved by close of business today. Be ashamed!!
