i know we all say that we want a bathroom that is top quality well i got it. from the design to the install to the after service excellent we only have one bathroom and one toilet so when we had the bath ripped out and the bathroom we had only bare walls. However the bathroom fitters went the extra mile to get it so we had everything we was never left without a toilet or running water. These lads had all sorts thrown at them and the advice and help from them made my bathroom / wet room outstanding. I can pick up the phone now and they are willing to help and advise no job too small no job to hard. This was supposed to be a simple rip out install the problems that came up where not there fault but they put them right. I had to get some more flooring but they did not hesitate incoming back and putting the finish touches to my bathroom. I would like to thank Gary at build-base for his help and advice even more for giving me the contact details too his fitters a big thank you for that. But most of all i would like to thank Kenny and Craig for there professionalism and approach to making my bathroom top class.

Sold us a wet room there recommended builder to installed and left us without a working shower because they wanted payment in advance nothing we could do. We are now stuck without shower for Christmas as all plumbers are busy until after Christmas this was installed 2 almost months ago. I wished build base would have said when they came to survey the bathroom that the shower would not work then we would have not had a wet room it was good of them to supply a pump which they should have known to do in the first place.
